3. Ordering Services
Services can be ordered via the contact form or by phone. After receiving your inquiry, we will send you a quote within 48 hours. The service is confirmed upon your written consent to the quote.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are specified in the quote and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is possible by pro forma invoice, on delivery, or after service completion as agreed.
5. Warranty
We provide a 24-month warranty for work performed. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, but not damage caused by improper use or external factors.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits.
